Job Role: Area Service Incharge Location: Gurugram, Haryana Industry Type : Kitchen Appliances Industry Experience : Min. 3-5 Years Qualification : Bachelors/Masters degree /Relevant field Preferred candidate should be from Kitchen Appliances Industry or Consumer Durables. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor the progress of all current and pending projects. Act as the highest source of information for all the service experiences by offering knowledge, advice and answering questions and concerns . Ready to travel frequently to generate revenue. Monitor existing service centers work and appoint new service centers to provide ultimate satisfaction to consumers. Appoint new ASPs (Authorized Service Provider) in the desired area. Must interact with the prospect Service Centres/Distributors in order to reinforce the marketing strategies of the company. Analyse markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors position and depth of customer base to redesign service strategy. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Relevant work experience as an ASI is preferred. Forecast service by units segment by segment. Solid understanding of SLA and TAT. Excellent communication skills. Ability to build alliances and partnerships with other service centers. Technical knowledge in terms of appliances should be there.
