Job Description
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and guiding a team of area sales representatives. Your primary focus will be on leading and closing sales within a specific geographical territory. You will review sales data and statistics to generate reports for senior managers, identifying gaps in the territory and devising strategies to address them effectively. Your role will involve making sales presentations to both existing and potential clients, working closely with the sales team and senior area sales managers. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that the team meets the sales targets set by the company by providing necessary training and guidance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be a key aspect of your position, along with resolving any customer queries that may arise. Effective communication through various channels will be essential to reach the target audience efficiently. Additionally, monitoring the performance of area sales representatives and adapting sales strategies as needed to achieve sales goals will be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in area sales and 1 year in marketing. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is necessary for this role, and work location will be in person during day shifts.,
