Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Account Manager (ERP Sales) to lead our ERP sales efforts across residential societies in Mumbai. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful onboarding of societies onto the NoBrokerHood platform. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage decision-makers in housing societies (RWA, Management Committees) for ERP product sales. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase ERP features and benefits. Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and onboarding. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive customer retention and upselling. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B/ERP/SaaS product sales. Prior experience in selling to housing societies, facility management, or similar sectors is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and build rapport. Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude. Knowledge of Mumbais residential landscape is preferred.
