Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets by driving sales at the branch, including leading a team in a Team Handling role. Building, managing, and promoting relationships with Channel Partners to generate new customer leads will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be required to manage and lead the DSTs at the branch, interface with customers to provide efficient service, and work towards building a credit-worthy portfolio. To be considered for this position, you should be a Graduate or Postgraduate with at least 3-5 years of prior experience in Home Loans or Loan Against Property. It is essential to have a good understanding of the locale and possess excellent communication skills. You should also be capable of comprehending property valuation as well as legal and technical norms. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Secured Business Loans is required for this role.
