As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to strengthen our presence in North and South Kerala. Job Purpose: To manage and drive secondary and primary sales across the assigned region. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor relationships, building the retail network, and leading a team of sales officers or representatives. Key Responsibilities: Drive primary and secondary sales in the designated territory. Appoint, manage, and develop distributors/dealers to ensure coverage and product availability. Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure strong in-market execution and visibility of Boche Tea products. Regularly visit market and retail outlets to track competitor activities and maintain customer relationships. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor performance to identify new opportunities. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 45 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry (preferably in tea or coffee segments), with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics. Education: Graduate in any discipline. MBA preferred. Age: Below 45 years. Location Knowledge: Must be familiar with North or South Kerala markets.
