Job Description
Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for both Secured (Home Loan, LAP) and Unsecured (Business Loan, Personal Loan) verticals in the assigned region Build, train, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, and Channel Partners Drive lead generation through digital channels, telecalling, field activities, and referral networks Onboard and activate new partners (DSAs, connectors, developers, etc.) to expand local loan sourcing Ensure consistent achievement of disbursal targets (monthly & quarterly) across product categories Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and fintech partners for product mapping, eligibility matching, and faster turnaround Monitor end-to-end loan pipeline from sourcing to sanction to disbursal Track and improve TAT (Turnaround Time), login-to-disbursal ratio, and reduce application rejections Create and execute micro-market strategies, team-level incentives, and ground activations Maintain and review detailed MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for management updates Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth loan processing and policy alignment Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting loan sales Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/06/2025,
