We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager Field Sales Executive with a strong background in mobile phone sales. The ideal candidate will manage retail/channel partners, drive primary and secondary sales, ensure market coverage, and grow brand visibility across the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales in assigned territory for mobile phones and accessories. Appoint and maintain a strong network of retailers, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility, availability, and sales conversions. Drive sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual) through effective field execution. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and offers and report insights to management. Train retailers and in-store promoters on product features and benefits. Execute product launches, promotions, and campaigns at the ground level. Ensure proper placement, merchandising, and branding at retail points. Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager. Requirements: Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in mobile phones, mobile accessories, or telecom. Strong market knowledge of mobile sales and distribution network. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
