Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of business goals for the organization. Your primary responsibility will be the development of the Agency Channel across all Lines of Business (LOBs). This includes elevating all Agency LOBs such as GWP, Health, IPA, and CL to new benchmarks while maintaining a focus on the COR and implementing best business practices. Your role will involve driving recruitment and activation through various campaigns and engagements. You will be tasked with maintaining and enhancing service levels provided to clients to ensure the continuity of existing business. By identifying areas of improvement and enhancing business opportunities, you will lead your team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for exploring and identifying new business opportunities through networking. Your dedication to driving the market as per organizational goals will involve motivating agents through monthly meets, engagement activities, training programs, knowledge sharing sessions, awards, and feedback programs. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: - Agency GPW: Implement a strategic approach in each LOB with a strong focus on achieving desired business outputs. - Health & IPA GPW: Conduct structured training programs for new and existing agents, organize daily activity meets, and explore new opportunities for business growth. - Recruitment: Guide and design a pathway for the team to onboard high potential agents. Stakeholder Interfaces: - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. Experience: - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Education: - Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in a relevant field.,
