Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to build a high-performing team. Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to achieve sales objectives.

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market. Set clear sales targets and ensure their attainment through proactive management.

  • Market Analysis & Expansion: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive dynamics. Expand the customer base by identifying and pursuing potential clients.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze sales data to assess performance trends. Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Network development: Develop distributor network and work closely with distributors for market development and wherever distributors are not available, develop a network of distributors
