We are hiring for Area Sales Manager in one of the leading FMCG company of India.
Location : Bangalore, India
Designation : Sales Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in field sales, preferably in Packaging, Paper or any food packaging, Hospitality industries or HORECA industries.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate should not have any kind of addiction.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong network of Hotel, Restaurant, Catering industries, packaging products distributors and wholesalers preferred.
Appoint new distributors or wholesalers.
Proficient in MS Office and Mail conversation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, visit, and onboard new B2B clients for our paper food packaging products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through market visits, exhibitions, and references.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals effectively.
Prepare daily reports, client feedback, and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate with the internal back-office team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry meets, and exhibitions.
