Job Description

The role of Sales and Service Manager at Cyrix Healthcare involves driving sales and managing service operations in the assigned geographical territory. Your responsibilities will include developing business strategies, leading a team of sales and service professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main focus will be on achieving territory sales targets by promoting bio-medical equipment and services to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare facilities. You will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and customer needs. In addition to the sales responsibilities, you will also be responsible for customer relationship management and sales/service support. This will involve developing new business channels, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring brand visibility, and providing prompt after-sales service and support. As part of your learning and growth responsibilities, you will need to provide ongoing training and development for the sales team, lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives and Service Engineers, monitor team performance, and conduct regular sales meetings and training programs. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus opportunity. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in medical device sales.
