Job Description

You are a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager responsible for leading sales operations within the Agricultural Blade Division in Andhra Pradesh. Your primary focus will be to achieve sales targets, develop dealer/distributor networks, and promote a range of high-performance agricultural blades used in tractors, tillers, and harvesting machinery. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the designated area. - Appointing, training, and managing a network of dealers and distributors for agricultural blades. - Identifying new market opportunities and expanding market share through strategic initiatives. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and end users. - Organizing field demos, exhibitions, and training programs to showcase product quality. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. - Coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management. - Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed market reports for management review. - Addressing customer complaints and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through service teams.
