Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing the distribution channel of Rajguru Food and Beverage Industry's products in all areas of Gujarat & Maharashtra. As the Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will manage a team of 25 to 35 sales resources, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, maintaining relationships with distributors, and efficient execution of sales strategies. Your role will involve managing the overall sales team and strategy within the assigned territory. Additionally, you will be overseeing a team of 4-5 Sales Representatives who handle direct sales and customer interactions within their respective regions, reporting directly to you. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance metrics, ensuring product availability in the market, recruiting and training sales staff, conducting team meetings, fostering a positive work environment, managing distributor and retailer relationships, overseeing product distribution, managing inventory levels, and conducting market analysis to understand customer needs and competition. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in management, beverage industry, team management, and sales. The work location will be in person with a day shift schedule.,
