Job Description

You are invited to join our team as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Chandigarh location. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales operations in Chandigarh, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh. Your key responsibilities will include driving and managing primary and secondary sales, developing and managing a distributor and channel partner network, ensuring distribution across general and modern trade channels, executing market activation plans and trade promotions, monitoring competitor activities, and providing market insights. Additionally, you will be leading, training, and monitoring the performance of the on-ground sales team. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverages. You should possess a strong understanding of primary and secondary sales operations, proven experience in managing distributors, retailers, and field sales teams, deep knowledge of the local market, and excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
