Job Description
You will be responsible for sales and marketing of Water Soluble Fertilizers, Micronutrients, Biologicals, Biostimulants, and Granular NPK. Your duties will include appointing Channel Partners within the specified Area, ensuring product positioning, and organizing launching events. You will also be required to compile data related to market analysis and execute Demand Generation campaigns effectively. In addition, you will supervise a team of Jr Agronomists to manage large-scale projects related to demand generation and farm services. Your role will involve devising strategies to achieve the desired budget, managing product flow, and implementing commercial strategies while ensuring timely collection. As the Manager, you will be accountable for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the assigned Area. You will lead the team in maintaining services, upholding brand value, and focusing on branding efforts to drive demand generation effectively.,
