Leading Jewellery Brand requires Area manager( Operations)- Mumbai/Thane/ Navi Mumbai

We are looking out for Area manager( Operations) for  Mumbai/ Thane or Navi Mumbai locations

PFB the JD and details-

-Customer Focus Cultivating Customer Loyalty

-Champion a customer-centric culture by prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty across all retail stores.

-Drive the Customer Experience (CX) governance frameworks to standardize service quality across all retail stores.

-Benchmark and adopt best practices for improving customer engagement, fostering customer loyalty.

-Ensure seamless execution of loyalty programs, promotions, and customer feedback mechanisms.

-Train team members, including Cluster Managers, Store Managers, on customer service best practices to maintain high standards of service quality.

Sales Mastery


-Drive P&L management, maximising profitability (EBITA) while optimizing costs and resources.-

-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and store profitability.

-Conduct comprehensive market, season and competitor analysis to identify trends and refine sales approaches.

- Developing plans and value-added solutions designed to assure achievement of agreed to the volume, market share and profit objectives.

- Conceptualizing & implementing development strategies for acquiring business from clients and effectively using existing accounts.

- Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in service operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters career development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in sales, with a focus on working with channel partners, retailers, and in the Jewelry industry.

- A Masters or bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across multiple industries.

- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with diverse groups of clients and partners.

- Strong ability to identify challenges and provide innovative solutions to drive business growth

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Must have excellent English communication skills and good knowledge in computer, Advanced Excel

Any Graduate

-7- 12  years relevant   of relevant experience. in only jewellery industry
