Job Description

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and sales patterns in the market by driving all business segments through diligent deployment of targets. Your role will involve prospecting, selling, and managing channel partners in the area, as well as empaneling and activating distributors by providing timely support on product and skill training. You will be expected to identify, acquire, and develop new markets and business opportunities, while driving initiatives and campaigns launched by Zonal/HO. Regular monitoring and review of individual productivity of team members will be necessary, along with ensuring the right selling by all team members through regular training. Compliance with regulations is a crucial aspect of the role, and you will be responsible for daily branch MIS tracking, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure smooth, timely, and error-free branch operations service.,
