As an Area Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company in Bangalore, you will be a part of the Institutional Sales department, reporting to Ritesh Shah, the Vice President. Your primary role will involve managing the entire IDFC Banca Channel in the South Zone, ensuring top-line and bottom-line growth with the bank partner. You will engage with bank leadership for business development and oversee direct reports to ensure they achieve their KRA. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct meetings with channel partners to drive KRA and key vectors - Lead FOS team to achieve monthly targets and other key vectors - Engage with channel partners at all levels - Regular branch visits within the assigned geography Key Requirements: - Education: Graduate - Experience & Skills: Team Handling, Banca/Partnership Handling, Geography and Travel - Languages Preferred: Kannada, Malayalam will be advantageous Key Functional Competencies: - Top Line Business: Yes - Partner Engagement: Yes - Compliance: Yes Company MOS: - Defined as per Company Policy - Top Line: 55% - Branch Activation: 20% - Penetration min 50% on Disbursement: 15% - Attrition: 5% - SOR: 5% You will be part of the functional hierarchy and reporting matrix, with clear communication of reporting manager and prospective new hire grade.
