The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in a leadership position, with a strong track record of increasing standards of customer service and maximizing sales and profitability in outlets. Key responsibilities include providing training and development for staff, maintaining quality consistency across outlets, ensuring sales targets are met, and managing day-to-day operations within the organization. The candidate should also oversee employee work to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines, manage employee schedules, track employee activity, and liaise with senior-level officers to coordinate and report on ongoing issues.
