We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Head to lead our Industrial Product Sales vertical. You will be responsible for driving regional business strategy, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring business growth through effective channel & B2B sales execution. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth for industrial product categories (e.g., switchgears, capacitors, motors, automation). Manage and guide Area Sales Managers, Channel Partners, and Key Accounts. Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, consultants, and EPC clients. Execute sales strategies, product positioning, and promotional plans. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs. Ensure proper demand forecasting, inventory management, and dealer engagement.
