Job Description
The key responsibilities for this role include: - Achieving sales targets for the designated territory. - Managing the distribution structure and stockist network. - Ensuring implementation of company norms at the stockist level. - Controlling credit and maintaining financial disciplines in the territory. - Maintaining market hygiene in the territory. - Analyzing data at the territory level to forecast and plan sales. - Managing inventory levels at various locations. - Deploying, managing, and ensuring adherence to norms by field personnel. - Collecting and collating market data to provide feedback to the division. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of MT route experience or 9-12 years of lateral experience in handling general trade business in an FMCG organization.
