Job Description
As a Collection Management professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to reduce delinquencies and enhance collections. By monitoring customer accounts closely, you will identify risks and issues while leading and motivating a team of collection agents towards achieving targets and upholding superior customer service standards. Your role will involve analyzing collection data, preparing reports for management, and collaborating with other departments to enhance collection processes for efficient operations. Additionally, you will be expected to handle escalations and resolve customer complaints promptly. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a demonstrated track record of 4-6 years in collection management.
