Operational Compliance: Ensure all restaurants adhere to policies related to safety, hygiene, maintenance, and general administration. Safety Standards: Oversee the implementation of safety protocols for employees, customers, and visitors, ensuring all necessary resources are available. Customer Satisfaction: Focus on exceeding customer expectations by maintaining high standards of service, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness. Recruitment & Training: Coordinate the recruitment of Restaurant Team Members (RTMs) and management staff. Implement training programs to enhance skills and foster career growth. Sales & Profit Growth: Maximize sales and profit by identifying growth opportunities, implementing marketing strategies, and coordinating pricing changes. Performance Management: Regularly evaluate restaurant management against set targets, provide coaching, and ensure teams meet monthly objectives. Complaint Resolution: Handle customer, employee, and third-party complaints promptly, informing senior management of significant issues. Financial Controls: Manage budgeting, labor, food, and packaging costs while ensuring adherence to financial controls and certified processes. Audit & Reporting: Conduct regular stock and asset audits, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to management and ensuring compliance with company deadlines.
