Job Description: Architectural draughtsman works in our architectural design team. As a draughtsman, he should possess proper knowledge of computer aided design (CAD) software and the ability to apply fundamentals of sketching and design. His drafting expertise should contribute to structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs. Roles and Responsibilities: - Creating technical drawings from architects sketches and specifications. - Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate building codes, measurements, calculations and other construction details. - Entering CAD data into building information modelling (BIM) systems to create 3D models and renderings. - Coordinating with the site supervisor and project manager well so that they can provide their drawings on time without any delay. - Maintaining all the data properly in respected folders along with preparing charts, drawings and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques. Job Requirements: - A bachelors degree or diploma is required. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Willingness to stay updated with evolving CAD technologies, industry standards, and best practices. - Ability to adapt to changes in design requirements or project scope.
