Architectural Draftsperson/ Jr. Architect Advanced proficiency in computer aided design (CAD) software. Good Experience in preparation of Architectural concept, schematic and GFC drawings. Well versed in municipal submission drawings for AII, BDA, BBMP & Fire Department. Ability to coordinate across other design disciplines such as structures, MEP, landscape etc. Knowledge of Local bye laws and applicable statutory regulatory framework. Experience in generation of FAR, Carpet and Sale area statements for residential & commercial projects. Visit construction sites and perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed. Collaborate with internal architects, construction, Liaison and Legal team to ensure project adherence as per management requirement. Ensure construction drawings are in sync with structural, MEP & Landscape drawings. Diploma in Architecture, Civil engineering, Design or similar. And AutoCAD, MS office, Photoshop and Sketch up In depth understanding of CAD software. Detail oriented and highly analytical. Willingness to work overtime as required.
