This position operates in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment with requisite architectural experience in the design and development of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and township projects. Qualifications required for the role include: - BE / M.E in Civil - B.Arch / M.Arch Desirable/Preferable qualifications: - Professional certifications/courses on Design The ideal candidate should possess a total of 20+ years of work experience, with at least 12 to 15 years of experience in Architectural Design. It is essential to have led the architectural function for multiple projects/locations across Real Estate, Infra, Construction, and Consultants sectors. Responsibilities of the role include: - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Project Development Teams and providing project-specific best design practices throughout the project lifecycle. - Leading conceptual and detailed design plans for various aspects of residential projects, commercial projects, and township projects. - Developing design and development plans to create the desired impact on the market segment and monetize the land asset effectively. - Monitoring and following up on project development deadlines. - Providing oversight and leadership to internal and third-party construction teams to execute design and development strategies during construction phases. - Leading research on market and global design trends to identify appropriate design initiatives for current and future projects.
