Job Role: Architect Experience: 1 to 3 years Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp Job summary We are seeking talented Architects with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on innovative projects in the Real Estate, Residential, and Renewable Energy sectors, and must possess a Diploma or relevant degree in Construction Technology or a related field. Key Responsibilities Design Development: Create and develop architectural designs that are innovative and meet client requirements within the scope of residential and renewable energy projects. Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Site Planning: Conduct site analysis and prepare detailed plans considering environmental impact, zoning laws, and building codes. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into the final design. Construction Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction, ensuring clarity and completeness for execution. Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp Key Requirements Experience: 1-3 years of relevant architectural experience, ideally within the real estate or construction industry.
