Independently prepared and revised architectural sanction drawing sets for large-scale
residential and mixed-use projects ensuring full compliance with UDCPR and municipal
guidelin es.
Developed detailed area statements including FSI calculations, BUA utilization, and
premium FSI assessments to support project feasibility studies and internal design
decisi ons.
Managed the preparation and submission of EC (Environmental Clearance) drawings,
coordinating inputs from environmental, trafic, and structural consultants, and
aligning them with MOEF submission form
