Job Description

The Architect/Interior Designer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of architectural and interior design projects. This role requires a blend of creative vision and technical expertise, with a focus on creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in both architecture and interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work. Key Responsibilities: Develop and present design concepts for architectural and interior projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Create detailed architectural and interior design plans, including layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings. Select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with design concepts and client preferences. Prepare and review project specifications and construction documents. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of designs. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in both architecture and interior design. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns. Location- Preference will given to candidates from North India.
