Job description MAIN JOB ROLE IN DETAIL Prepares architectural staffing plans; Develops project scopes, schedules and budgets; Prepares scale drawings and contract documents if required Oversees the preparation of plans using computer assisted design software and equipment; Develops Technical and Price proposals in pursuit of new work for the Civil Dept. Other duties as assigned; Performs Quality Control Reviews; Maintains working knowledge of current industry softwares JOB DESCRIPTION IN GLIMPSE:- 1. Design skills using AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, 3d Studio, Adobe Photoshop. 2. Ability to handle multiple projects and keep them within budgets and timelines. 3. Skills in drafting architectural plans and high quality Detailing. 4. Must have strong skills in Photo realistic Rendering. 5. Coordination with customer at design and construction stage. 6. Make on-site visits. 7. Ensure all works are carried out as per the design. 8. You should have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities. 9. Expertise in layout color, lighting, materials selection. 10. Need to have knowledge about MEP and structural design.
