Job Description

As an Archer Developer with over 6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the technical administration of the RSA Archer platform. Your responsibilities will include leading the administration of user accounts, data feeds, workflow, and reports access. You will provide development and configuration support based on technical requirements, ensuring smooth operation of the platform. Your role will involve owning technical issues and problem resolution, as well as managing requests efficiently. You will be required to execute test cases, document them, and support User Acceptance Tests, ensuring that all code implementations meet production standards. Additionally, you will define and configure questionnaires, workflows, forms, and reports in Archer. Participating in and supporting Archer version upgrades will be part of your responsibilities. You will also install, test, and deploy new applications in Archer, working closely with service management and infrastructure teams for technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution. Conducting training sessions for stakeholders, both in-person and online, will be necessary to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the platform. To excel in this role, you should have experience working as an RSA Archer Administrator, with a strong background in RSA implementation and integration. Proficiency in managing databases and handling multiple data feeds is essential. Experience in integrating with other management tools will be beneficial in fulfilling the requirements of this position.
