Key Responsibilities:

AR Calling: Engage with insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.

Denial Management: Analyze and resolve claim denials efficiently.

Claim Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of medical claims.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all communications and actions taken.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in AR Calling within the US Healthcare domain.

Expertise in Hospital Billing (UB04): In-depth knowledge of UB04 claim forms and related processes.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with insurance providers and internal teams.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing solutions promptly.
