Job Description
The AR Caller position requires 0 to 4 years of experience in calling Insurance companies in the US on behalf of doctors/physicians to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable. You should possess a sound knowledge of the U.S. Healthcare Domain, particularly on the Provider side, and have a basic understanding of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for utilizing excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with insurance companies and handle outstanding accounts. Additionally, strong analytical skills are essential to address issues that may arise in various ways. This is a full-time position that involves working night shifts from 6.30pm to 3.30am or 7 PM to 4 AM, with no cab facility provided. The working days are Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday designated as off days. The job type is Full-time. The benefits include Provident Fund, and the work location is in person. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in AR calling and be available for night shifts.,
