Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be client-facing and responsible for planning, organizing, and transitioning key business processes. You will liaise with the Business for system and access requirements, co-ordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for successful knowledge transfer, and maintain the transition plan while adhering to the schedule. Your responsibilities will include understanding and evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement on a continuing basis, and developing and implementing solutions. You will leverage BI tools to create dynamic reports based on the results of analytical projects and communicate insights and plans effectively to stakeholders and management. Additionally, you will gather critical information from various stakeholders, produce useful reports, deliver monthly status reports to all stakeholders, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects. You will also be responsible for creating reports and dashboards, conducting testing and job shadowing, reviewing operation readiness, and handing off projects to the Operations Team.,
