Role: Acquisition Associate Location: Powai, Mumbai Experience: 1-3 Years Founded in 2023, by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, Truva aims to build the most delightful and trustworthy home-buying experience in India (akin to Spinny for Homes). Their comprehensive home buying platform enables the buyer's journey end to end, right from the discovery of great houses and arranging home visits, to ensuring all legal and financial support. Their offering has enabled them to build the company profitably from Day 1 and raise from marquee investors. As an Acquisition Associate on the Acquisitions team at Truva, you will be the main point of contact and representative throughout the acquisition process. You will work closely with relevant stakeholders to offer crucial on-the-ground insights to aid in the growth of acquisition efforts. Your role will involve managing acquisition activities for specific micro-markets in Mumbai, combining direct customer engagement with a proactive field presence. Key Responsibilities: - Engage effectively with customers, reach out proactively to potential clients, and diligently follow up on leads. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate customer leads. - Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and identify profitable sales opportunities. - Provide thorough responses to customer inquiries and promptly supply additional information as needed. - Stay updated on product and service developments to ensure extensive knowledge. - Systematically manage and update a detailed customer database. - Clearly explain and showcase the unique features of products and services. - Implement successful upselling strategies for products and services. - Conduct thorough research to qualify new leads. - Demonstrate a proven ability to close sales and consistently meet sales targets. Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in a Sales or Customer Experience role. - Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors is preferred but not required. - Strong enthusiasm for working in a goal-driven environment. - Excellent negotiation abilities and superior customer service skills. - Fluent verbal communication in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Hindi, is highly beneficial. - A solid grasp of deadlines with a proactive approach to managing timelines. - A determined and proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve goals. - Excellent organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Exceptional memory, as managing numerous conversations where context is crucial. - This role involves a 6-day workweek, including weekends, as peak activity in Real Estate typically occurs on Saturdays and Sundays. - Readiness to travel within the Mumbai area.,
