Job Description

You are a Senior .NET Support Engineer with 9-10 years of experience, responsible for providing technical support for ASP.NET Web Forms applications, SQL Server, C#, JavaScript, and jQuery in a high-performance environment in Noida. Your primary role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across the full stack (frontend, backend, and database), writing efficient C# code and SQL Server procedures, and using JavaScript/jQuery to address front-end performance and UI issues. You will act as a technical lead on production support issues, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and deliver support within defined SLAs. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a technical lead on production support issues for ASP.NET Web Forms applications. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across the full stack (frontend, backend, and database). - Write and maintain efficient C# code and SQL Server procedures for rapid fixes and enhancements. - Use JavaScript/jQuery to resolve front-end performance and UI issues. - Perform root cause analysis, deliver long-term solutions, and contribute to preventive strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document runbooks, known error databases, SOPs, and support processes. - Deliver support within defined SLAs while maintaining system stability. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms in live production environments. - Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server (queries, joins, indexing, performance tuning). - Strong understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, and dynamic UI behavior. - Exposure to IIS, application hosting, and deployment processes. - Solid grasp of debugging, profiling, and issue triaging in distributed environments. Desired Skills: - Familiarity with .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC. - Experience working with ITSM tools like JIRA, ServiceNow. - Understanding of CI/CD tools, version control (Git/TFS), and DevOps basics. - Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud (Azure/AWS), or modern frontend frameworks is a plus.,
