Apprentice Trainee – Field Service (Printers)

Joining: Immediate
Experience Required: 0–1 years (Only freshers or PF-inactive candidates allowed)
Stipend: ₹20,000/month (Fixed)
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication
Eligible Pass-Out Years: 2023, 2024, 2025
Working Days: 6 days a week
Travel: Mandatory – Field Service Role
Product Segment: Printers (MFDs, Large Format, Production Units)
Job Summary:
We are hiring Apprentice Trainees for Canon India's Field Service Division. This 1-year apprenticeship involves installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of Canon printers and MFDs. It is a field-based role requiring customer visits and technical servicing under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in installation and configuration of Canon printers and MFDs
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software printer issues on-site
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Maintain service logs and reports
Attend customer support calls, installations, and training sessions
Work under Canon service guidelines and protocols
Mandatory Requirements:
Freshers only (No prior PF deduction history allowed)
No active backlogs in academics
2-wheeler with valid license (mandatory for travel)
Must be willing to work on the field, travel to customer locations
Basic printer/device knowledge preferred
Strong communication and learning attitude
