What youll do: Legal Students for CLM Project We are seeking students with a legal background to assist with the following tasks: Contract Validation: Validate existing contracts stored in SharePoint against a manifest file (Excel) containing approximately 30 fields, such as company names, business details, dates, and signatures, etc. Data Population: Accurately populate the manifest file with correct values.
