EITC leverages diverse engineering IT talent and domain expertise to deliver innovative solutions that accelerate Eatons organic growth through technological innovations. As an intern at EITC, You will engage with business for their Incidents and use Power BI and Power App tools to create dashboards, reports, and applications that enable data-driven decision making and problem solving for the business teams. You will have the opportunity to track, manage customer issues and solve for real world problems. In This Role, You Will Assist the larger business teams for the IT needs. Work on developing and testing innovative solutions that enhance the performance, efficiency, safety, and sustainability of Eaton's plants Participate in brainstorming and design bursts, contributing to business problem solving. Present ideas and updates on systems, demonstrating your technical skills and creativity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Eaton's global businesses and functions Responsibilities During your EITC internship, you'll be tasked to: Work with Business teams to help them with the day-to-day issues working with IT teams to help solve for their problems. Utilize Power BI and Power App tools for building dashboards, reports, and apps to aid data-driven decisions and resolve issues for business units. Monitor customer issues and deliver efficient resolutions. Gain insights from seasoned professionals and mentors who will support you during your internship. Eligibility Criteria For The Internship Include Availability for a minimum of 4 months beginning October 2024 Qualifications Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Technology or Computer Science Skills Proficiency and keen interest in IT analytics and IT software with a focus on Power BI, Power Apps, and Service Management Effective communication, collaboration skills, and a proactive approach Proficiency in both English and Hindi ]]>,
