Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Develop and maintain technical documentation. - Implement best practices for system optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Windows Scripting. - Strong understanding of system administration and maintenance. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud computing. - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
