Job Description
Purpose of Job: To ensure Goonjan software is successfully customized & implemented in NGOs across India, followed with regular training & monitoring of usage to drive technology adoption and enable the NGO to achieve operational efficiencies over a period of time. Duties and Responsibilities Develop in-depth knowledge of Goonjan, cloud-based MIS developed by Dhwani for the social sector Under the guidance of Implementation Managers in Team. o Engage with NGO staff at all levels to understand their requirements o Setup customized Goonjan for an NGO and support upload of historic data o Train NGOs staff on using Goonjan portal & mobile app o Provide on-going support for partner NGOs o Monitor & encourage regular usage of Goonjan Research existing open source or other suitable software available for new features Contribute to standardizing processes, documentation, developing user manuals etc Testing of periodic releases of the software Metrics based approach to drive excellence in exceeding partner expectations Maintain trackers to monitor progress of implementation when working with NGOs part of Niranthara OD programs Provide monthly data for Management reporting Skills & Knowledge Should have a Graduation or above in Computer Science or Computer Applications Minimum 2yrs experience in using and implementing cloud-based solutions A general understanding of technology and software development is expected.
