Application SupportĀ  - Payments| Thane

Providing application support for payments application, coordination with internal stake holders and OEM on incidents closure.

  1. Hands on UPI/IMPS application support.
  2. Oracle PL/SQL or MS-SQL, Windows/Linux hands on experience.
  3. Coordinating with third party vendors and other application owners as and when needed.
  4. Operational checks (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as per the IT process guidelines.
  5. Publish weekly/Monthly/Ad-hoc reports as per business need.
  6. Review incidents report, lever to bring automation.
  7. Review SOP, User Manuals as per need.
  8. Experience in handling hybrid team/stakeholders.
  9. Look to Identify application vulnerability and involve security team/vendor to address.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred).
