Job Description
Application Support - Payments| Thane
Providing application support for payments application, coordination with internal stake holders and OEM on incidents closure.
- Hands on UPI/IMPS application support.
- Oracle PL/SQL or MS-SQL, Windows/Linux hands on experience.
- Coordinating with third party vendors and other application owners as and when needed.
- Operational checks (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as per the IT process guidelines.
- Publish weekly/Monthly/Ad-hoc reports as per business need.
- Review incidents report, lever to bring automation.
- Review SOP, User Manuals as per need.
- Experience in handling hybrid team/stakeholders.
- Look to Identify application vulnerability and involve security team/vendor to address.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Min Exp: 7 years
Max Exp: 12 years
