Job Description
As an Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing AI chat agents and AI voice agents using the DeepTalk conversational AI platform for clients. Your primary tasks will include writing Python code to enhance and add functionalities, understanding client APIs, integrating them into workflows, designing and implementing workflows based on client processes, testing bots in various scenarios to ensure functionality and quality, and improving AI agent quality based on testing feedback. Additionally, you will be expected to deploy bots in a production environment and stabilize them. To excel in this role, you should possess a BTech or Bachelors of Engineering degree, proficiency in Python programming, experience with API integration and workflow creation, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills for interfacing with client teams, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred qualifications for this position include prior experience with conversational AI platforms and experience in testing and quality assurance for software applications.
