Qualification: BE / B Tech or Graduate with minimum 3 years of IT Diploma Experience: 2 - 5 Years. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide first and second-level support for Mac hardware and software issues. Diagnose and resolve issues related to macOS, applications, and network connectivity. Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Mac systems and peripherals. System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and procedures. User Assistance: Provide end-user training and guidance on best practices for Mac usage. Assist users with software installations, upgrades, and configuration. Document user issues and resolutions in a ticketing system. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT support staff to address complex issues. Collaborate with vendors and third-party support when necessary. Participate in projects related to Mac system upgrades or deployments. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions. Prepare reports on system performance and incident metrics. Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Security and Compliance: Ensure that Mac systems are secure and adhere to company security policies. Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments on Mac systems.
