As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will be to address customer issues, identify problem areas, design innovative solutions, and oversee deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a key role in developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and resolving queries related to requirements and design. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. You will actively lead small projects and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
