To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Appian Development, Design, and Implementation. Your experience in leading development projects, working with cross-functional teams, and your knowledge of Appian architecture and best practices will be crucial. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An Appian certification would be advantageous. The role requires 7-14 years of relevant experience, and a certification as an Appian Certified Lead Developer is preferred.
