Appian Engineer Design and deliver high-impact Appian solutions to accelerate digital transformation in financial services. About the Role We are seeking a skilled Appian Engineer with 47 years of hands-on experience to develop and enhance enterprise automation solutions within the financial services sector. Youll be part of a high-performing team building scalable, secure, and efficient applications using Appian's low-code platform, leveraging modern integration and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize Appian applications using SAIL, process models, data fabric, and AI capabilities. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable workflows and user-friendly interfaces. Develop custom components or logic using JavaScript, SQL, or Python where needed. Integrate Appian solutions with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Support application testing, deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning. Apply cloud-native and DevOps practices to streamline CI/CD processes and ensure operational resilience. Stay updated with Appian platform enhancements and best practices. To be successful in this role you will have: 47 years of experience working with the Appian platform in enterprise environments. Appian certifications (Level 1 or 2 Developer minimum). Strong proficiency in Appian components including SAIL, process models, data fabric, and AI tools. Good knowledge of integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, web services). Experience using SQL, JavaScript, or Python for advanced customization and data handling. Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control). Prior experience in financial services is essential. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on quality and performance.,
