API Developer Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented API Developer to design, build, and maintain APIs that enable seamless integration between systems, platforms, and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, RESTful and/or GraphQL API design, and experience working with modern frameworks and cloud services. Technology : Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and scalable APIs. Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define API requirements. Create API documentation and ensure proper versioning. Optimize API performance and scalability. Integrate APIs with internal and third-party systems. Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues in development and production environments. Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation for APIs. Maintain and improve existing API codebases. Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in API development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java. Strong understanding of RESTful and/or GraphQL API design principles. Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI/Postman. Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other common authentication mechanisms. Solid experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
