Preferred Qualifications: Overall domain experience of 5 to 8years. Experience with Red Hat Ansible Tower. Certifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation or similar. Exposure to Terraform, Puppet, or Chef. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication skills Shift requirement 3PM to 12:30AM IST (evening shift) to cover US first half BTO reporting to BLR /Pune office Ansible Developer JD: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ansible Developer to join our DevOps or Infrastructure Automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible. You will work closely with system engineers, developers, and operations teams to streamline and automate our infrastructure and application deployment processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules. Automate provisioning, configuration, and management of infrastructure and applications. Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines and other automation tools. Maintain and enhance existing Ansible automation workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements. Ensure Ansible code follows best practices and is documented and version controlled. Troubleshoot Ansible playbook failures and system-level issues. Contribute to improving infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance through automation. Perform testing and validation of automation scripts in staging and production environments. Perform Ansible tower upgrades and communicate to key stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in writing Ansible playbooks, roles, and custom modules. Strong experience with Linux systems administration and scripting (Bash, Python). Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Knowledge of virtualization and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus). Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automating cloud infrastructure. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.,
