Job Description
The Wild YETI Studio, an animation startup specializing in 2D animation, is seeking a talented and creative Animator Intern to join their passionate team. As an Animator Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. This role involves collaborating with professionals to create engaging visual content and bring creative ideas to life. Responsibilities: - Assist in creating 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and character animations. - Work with the creative team to develop captivating visual content. - Support animation projects from concept to final execution. - Edit and refine animations based on feedback. - Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and other team members. - Maintain project deadlines and ensure high-quality outputs. Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field. - Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, Toon Boom, or Maya. - Basic understanding of animation principles and motion design. - Strong artistic and storytelling skills. - Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively. - A portfolio showcasing animation work (student projects or personal work accepted). Nice to Have: - Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). - Knowledge of rigging and character animation. - Interest in gaming, film, or digital media industries.
